Custom orders take up to 4 weeks to be completed. Please allow 3-10 days UK and 7-15 days international for your parcel, after the customization stage for it to arrive.

Refunds

We do not do refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. We do not do refunds or exchanges for wrong size being purchased. Returns will only be accepted in the unlikely event we send you the wrong size, in which you must inform us via email or telephone within 7 working days of receiving your order. The item must be returned within 14 working days in its original box and unused condition for a refund to be issued or correct size to be shipped out. Shipping costs will be reimbursed.
